The Seven A's of Confession:

1.  Accept God's promises. 

2.  Address everyone involved. 

3.  Avoid excuses. 

4.  Admit specifically what I have done. 

5.  Acknowledge the damage I have done. 

6.  Accept the consequences of my actions. 

7.  Alter my behavior.
